Forever Manchester


Forever Manchester is a charity that raises money to fund and support community activity across Greater Manchester. They help local people do extraordinary things together, by helping to build communities from the inside out, and galvanise the true creative, entrepreneurial spirit for Greater Mancunians to emerge and shine.

Salford CVS


Salford CVS is the city-wide infrastructure organisation for the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector; providing specialist information, advice, development support and opportunities for influence and collaboration. 



UnLtd finds, funds and supports social entrepreneurs - enterprising people with solutions that change our society for the better. We were formed in 2002 by seven organisations who believed that social entrepreneurs had a much bigger contribution to make to our economy and society. We were among the first to back individuals with their own ideas to create social good. 

City West - Community Fund


The City West Community Fund offers grants of up to £500 to help fund community projects and initiatives in Salford. The Community Fund has a budget of £40,000 (April 2018 - March 2019) , which aims to allocate funds to those that want to encourage community spirit, promote learning, education, employment and preparation for it, increase community safety, encourage healthy living and well being, promote financial inclusion and improve the environment. 

Big Local-Local Trust


The Little Hulton Employment Discretionary Fund could help individual residents move forward into employment and training. The fund can be used to cover small, one-off costs, to help support people in starting or progressing in paid employment.

Little Hulton Big Local Enterprise Start Up Grants Little Hulton Big Local offers small amounts of funding of up to £500 for individuals to try out their business ideas in the Little Hulton area. 

Little Hulton Big Local Enterprise Step up Grants Little Hulton Big Local offers funding of up to £5000 for individuals/organisations to grow and scale up their business.

Little Hulton Big Local also provide grants of up to £1,000 for organisations looking to run courses linked to employment in the Little Hulton area (currently closed). 

Local community groups can also apply for up to £750 through our small grants scheme to support their activities in Little Hulton.

Tampon Tax- community fund


 The Tampon Tax community fund works with community groups and charities who deliver projects that support women and girls to build skills and confidence, improve their health and well being, and build social networks.

A key focus will be funding preventative work to reduce the risk of crisis at different life stages. This may be by helping women and girls get into or back work, raising awareness about health issues, or by creating and developing peer networks.

It offers a grants of between £5,000 and £10,000
